Information we collect
We may collect contact and business information such as names, company names, email addresses, mobile numbers, service addresses, estimate details, customer communications, account preferences, and records of consent. Our systems may also receive basic device, browser, and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve EstimateCloser, respond to inquiries, manage estimates and proposals, deliver requested communications, process customer decisions and deposits, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal or compliance obligations.
Mobile information and SMS consent
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We use mobile information only to provide the communications and services the recipient requested or authorized. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Service providers
We may use service providers for infrastructure, database hosting, messaging, payment processing, security, and customer support. They may process information only as needed to perform services for us and are not authorized to use mobile opt-in information for their own marketing. Payment card details are collected by Stripe and are not stored by EstimateCloser.
Contractor responsibilities
Businesses using EstimateCloser control the customer information they enter. They are responsible for providing appropriate notices, obtaining legally required consent before sending messages, and honoring customer communication preferences and opt-out requests.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain business and consent records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable retention requirements. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or email support@estimatecloser.com.
