Using EstimateCloser
EstimateCloser provides tools for home-service businesses to organize customers, estimates, proposals, follow-up activity, and optional deposits. You must use the service lawfully, provide accurate account information, protect your access, and avoid using the service to send deceptive, unsolicited, or prohibited communications.
Customer estimates and payments
Contractors are responsible for the accuracy, pricing, scope, terms, and fulfillment of their estimates. EstimateCloser is a software provider and is not the contractor performing the work. When enabled, deposits are processed by Stripe for the connected business. Separate processor terms and fees may apply.
SMS program description
EstimateCloser SMS messages may include responses to demo requests, account and service updates, estimate or proposal notifications, follow-up about requested home-service work, appointment-related information, and customer support. Marketing messages are sent only when the recipient has specifically agreed to receive them.
SMS consent and frequency
By checking the SMS consent box and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring text messages from EstimateCloser for the purposes disclosed beside that checkbox. Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you provide new consent. Reply HELP for help or contact support@estimatecloser.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Business messaging responsibilities
Contractors may use EstimateCloser messaging only with recipients who have given valid consent for the applicable message type. Businesses must maintain evidence of consent, accurately identify themselves, respect STOP and other opt-out requests, and comply with applicable carrier rules and laws. Purchased, rented, or third-party lead lists may not be used for SMS messaging through EstimateCloser.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person or business, or send content involving fraud, harassment, illegal products, third-party lead generation, or other prohibited activity.
Availability and liability
The service may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, EstimateCloser is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service.
